Is there a Natural Hot Springs?

There is a Kayak company located in Kings Beach that talks about one of there trips going to a natural hot springs in Crystal Bay.

Does anyone know anything about this -- or how to get there by car?

Also, I%26#39;m a little unsure about the second part of your question: do you mean how to get to Kings Beach from Reno?
