Can you believe it? We are in our last month PRE-MEGA!! The countdowns have become a Saturday Regular Event, and the list keeps getting longer. We are over 50 attendees right now, and we want all who CAN be there, to BE THERE! Please join us... We%26#39;ll all make sure you have a good time. Below, in chronological order, are the scheduled events. A few require reservations, and so... you must PM the proper people for the event listed so that you can be sure to be included.
DOWNTOWN MEGA MINI EVENTS
Friday, May 29th ... Seafood Buffet at Fremont, at the Paradise Buffet. Approximately 7 PM! All of the Golden Girls will be present, easily identified by their Golden Attire, and usually topped by a Gold Hat! Come join us... Cost: $15.99
Friday May 29th ~ A slammin%26#39; ';midnight ';Slots'; session, starting at 10:30 pm and continuing until Midnight at the Golden Gate! Its small, look around.
Saturday, May 30th ~ Main Street Station Champagne Brunch~ 11 am. Normally $10.99 (without coupon) ~ FSE 2-4-1 coupons are available for both Champagne Brunches, so figure $6 for Brunch including taxes! Here%26#39;s the link to print yours... Saturday, May 30th ~ Evening Dinner at Californias Market Street Cafe I%26#39;m having their Prime Rib Special, complete with Cherries Jubilee~! $7.25 Around 9 PM Should be a nice group here this night, Golden Girls and whoever would like to join us for late dinner.
Saturday, May 30th ~ Another ';midnight slots'; session, 10:30 pm till Midnight. California Club... Might as well play where we eat, eh?

Sunday, May 31st ~ Street Slushie Party! 3 PM! We will be mixin%26#39; it up between Mermaids %26amp; LaBayou! There will be moving around slot action in the area of these two casinos! Pookaloki is our hostess! We want you all to join us. FUN GUARANTEED!!
Sunday, May 31st ~ Dinners at Hugo%26#39;s and The Flame! YOUR CHOICE! 8 PM Be sure to RSVP to Gabbygambler for Hugos, supershe for Flame. I will be making reservations first week in May, and.. currently we have 15-16 to attend. I will reserve for 17-18, two separate tables. Sunday, May 31st ~ After Party at H20 (formerlyl the Dive Bar) at Golden Nugget... when dinners are through... We will have a group of about 25-30 people so a grand time will be had by all~!
Monday~! Bright and Early! Check it OUT! Mailgirl, Pookaloki,and Oxygenator, Harlem Girl and Love50%26#39;s husband will be doing a Tandem Skydiving Jump at Boulder, Co. at approx. 8 am! Tentative Schedule to Visit the Downtown Cocktail Lounge Monday evening.... around 7 PM. Just a casual drop in at a great bar that you shouldn%26#39;t miss~! You could just meet us there... its right around the corner from Hennessey%26#39;s Bar... and across the street. You can%26#39;t miss the sign, but... the entrance could easily fool you! If you%26#39;re persistent though, you%26#39;ll find your way... great ambiance. Reminds me of a beatnik coffee shop in the 60%26#39;s, without the drugs. LOL

Tuesday, June 2nd ~ MAIN EVENT! (Tentative) GOLDEN NUGGET%26#39;S Rush Bar: 6 pm to 9 pm. JUNE 2009 MEGA MEET. Private Party, so you MUST contact orangectyny to get on the list! Special arrangements: Well Drinks $4 (reg. $7) and Draft Beer $3 (reg. $4-5). When Band starts playing, prices go up. People will be moving outside to the H20 Bar (by the pool) for more fun after.

Wednesday, June 3rd ~ To celebrate firstimers birthday, a party is being held at Bill%26#39;s Gamblin%26#39; Hall and Saloon on the strip, and plans are to see the Big Elvis show, be there by 2:30 pm! Everyone will be walking to Ellis Island for dinner after Bill%26#39;s for those interested in going along. I%26#39;ve heard there will be bubbly flowing to celebrate with him!!
We welcome all newcomers who wish to join us for this Summer 2009 MEGA Event! No one who has attended either of the past two MEGAS has come away with regrets! A grand time is there to be had by all. Good morning Mega lovers! Those countdown numbers are getting mighty small and I so wish I could join in the 2009 Mega festivities, but my trip to Vegas won%26#39;t be until early August so I%26#39;ll miss this one....
DT activities full of lots of good food, good music, good (slushie) spirits, good conversation, good laughs, good photo ops, and memories that will last a life-time.

I am sure you%26#39;ll take this thread very far too. Just think by the end of the month we will all be meeting up again in Vegas. Can%26#39;t wait to meet up again and to meet some new faces too. Carry on!!!
