Can anyone advise whether it would be appropriate for my husband to wear smart jeans, smart tee shirt and shoes to dinner at both Olives at the Bellagio %26amp; Top of the World at the Stratosphere? Also, do the casinos have dress codes or is it very casual, i.e shorts %26amp; trainers?
