Help me organise a 30th (4 Aussie gals)

Looking for some great ideas. In our group of 4, one of my mates is having her 30th in Vegas on a Monday night in June. I would love some advice on how I make this day FABULOUS !!!! Somewhere to eat / nightlife / experiences....
